Mama Elephant: Shooting Star

Each Mama Elephant stamp set has been such a joy to create with this month! Shooting Star  is another great set with THE BEST sentiments ever. I just love the text and handwriting combo.  To create my card I stamped the girl from Shooting Star . Then I colored her with Copics and cut her out with the coordinating dies . I used the star clusters and individual stars found in the stamp set to create a burst of stars behind her on a panel cut from Femme Frames . The large patterned paper panel, that fits perfectly on a standard A2 card, was cut from Sew Fancy . Isn't that stitched edge the best?! I finished my card with a little Wink of Stella on the girl's shoes and stars on her purse and bow plus a few sequins sprinkled in the sky. Thanks for stopping by!

Mama Elephant: Merci

Today I'm excited to help feature the new Mama Elephant stamp set Merci . This is one of those stamp sets that is an instant classic. Definitely one that I'll be grabbing again and again. For my card I die cut the medium sized tag from Tags a Lot  then I stamped the thank you greeting from Merci . Next I stamped the flowers with Mama Elephants die ink . The coverage is unbeatable. I'm finding myself leaning towards die inks more and more. :) I finished the card with a simple twine bow, a little patterned paper and some washi tape to pull it all together. Thanks for stopping by!

Mama Elephant: Tiny Heroes

I'm so excited to share more cards from this month's Mama Elephant release! First up is Tiny Heroes . This might be one of my favorite sets ever ! (and you'll see it a lot in my release projects this week) :) On this card I stamped the super hero boy and colored him with Copics. I used the Creative Cuts dies to cut him out perfectly. Before permanently securing him to the tag  I stamped stars using Buttercup ink and then Orangeade . I die cut the stars from Lots of Stars , colored them with a grey Copic then cover them with clear Wink of Stella . I love how these look shimmery sliver...so easy. I stamped the sentiment from Tiny Heroes on a tag from Slim Tag Trio . and finished the card with some twine, washi tape and a card base panel cut from Peek a Frame . This is just the beginning of a fun filled week. (Yay!) Thanks for stopping by!
